Refund policy

Returns

Any goods purchased must be returned within 28 days of purchase.

Please ask us for the returns address as some items may need to be sent back to the manufacturer.

All returns must be confirmed by us prior to them being returned. A Returns Authorisation Code must be obtained from us before returning your item(s). Contact our Sales Team on 01902 498915 or emailing sales@clm-supplies.com.

No contract shall be cancelled nor shall any Goods, which are in accordance with the Contract, be returned without prior approval of the Seller. Unless the Seller at Its discretion decides otherwise, if the Seller agrees to accept the return of any such Goods then:-

1.) A Goods return number obtained from the Seller must be clearly marked on the returned packages.

2.)The Buyer will be liable for the cost of remedying any damage to the Goods where such damage has, in the opinion of the Seller, been caused by the Goods having been inadequately packaged by the Buyer or through the Buyers fault.

3.)The Seller reserves the right to make a handling and restocking charge of 25% or £25 whichever is the greater on Goods which are returned if they were ordered in error or are no longer required plus costs for any carriage incurred.

In the event of the cancellation of a special order the Buyer is liable for all costs incurred by the Seller and its associated manufacturer up to the date of cancellation. these costs are to include all third party research and development costs. We are charged this by our suppliers and therefor do not make profit on these. Faulty goods can be returned for repair. If the repair is unsuccessful, then a replacement will be provided. If the product is still unfit, then a full refund may be given at the management’s discretion.

‘Custom Built Goods’ or ‘Products Built to Order’, may be subject to a return/restocking fee of up to 100%.

Spare parts are subject to a 50% return/restocking fee.

We regret that we are unable to accept returned goods in a ‘used’ condition. Additionally, none of the goods to be returned should have been removed from their original packaging. They must be in their delivered state, unused and unmarked, and in a sellable condition.

When returning goods that we believe have been ‘used’, it is the decision of management to assess the condition of the goods and consult the manufacturers in order to achieve a decision.
