What are your cut-off times for next day delivery?

We currently have a 2pm cut-off time for any order that will be delivered next working day. If any order is made after 2pm, we cannot guarantee that it will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed on a Friday will be delivered the following Monday, or Tuesday if the Monday is a Bank Holiday.

Where can I find instruction manuals for equipment?

All of the equipment we sell comes with a manufacturer's manual containing full instructions for use. However, we understand that sometimes things get put in a safe place (but the place is so safe you forget where it is). Simply email sales@clm-supplies.com, and we will happily supply you with a replacement manual via email.

What does it mean if my hoist has an 'N' at the end of the model number?

If your scaffold hoist, for example reads 'TR225-N' then it is a newer style hoist, and has been manufactured within the last five years. Otherwise, this may be an older model and may require different parts and components. If this is the case, then scroll down to find our contact details to discuss further.

Can I hire your equipment in the UK?

Yes you can!

We currently supply the leading hire companies within the UK with Cutting, Lifting & Mixing equipment. Be sure to search for equipment in your chosen internet browser with the term 'for hire'.

Example: 'ES150N for hire'

Do you offer 'Click & Collect' at your location?
